SAP Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking to hire an experienced SAP Specialist – HR Process to support the evaluation and enhancement of HR business processes within SAP and related platforms including SuccessFactors. The specialist will play a key role in reviewing and optimizing the digital enablement of HR processes such as hire-to-retire, Qatarization learning and development and payroll (subject to confirmation).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and support the full Hire-to-Retire (H2R) lifecycle in SAP ensuring efficient configuration and integration with business workflows.
• Implement and maintain SAP functionalities related to Strategic Qatarization enabling accurate tracking and reporting of nationalization KPIs.
• Support the automation and monitoring of Capability Building and Learning & Development programs using SAP SuccessFactors Learning and related modules.
• Provide functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors particularly in areas such as employee profile, performance management and career development.
• Assist in the integration and validation of Payroll processes (upon confirmation) ensuring correct data flow compliance and reporting within SAP.
• Collaborate with HR IT and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues and support SAP HR module enhancements.
• Ensure system controls and data integrity across all HR modules aligning with audit and compliance expectations.
• Support user training documentation and post-implementation reviews of SAP HR functionalities.
