Responsibilities
- Install, test, and maintain telecom equipment including routers, switches, and servers.
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on telecom systems.
- Travel to customer sites to provide technical support and training.
- Collaborate with customers to understand and address their telecom needs.
- Document all service activities and maintain accurate service records.
- Work closely with the engineering team to improve service delivery processes.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations at all times.
- Manage and prioritize service requests to optimize customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new telecom solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging telecom technologies and trends.
Requirements
