Responsible for project cost control, monitoring, and forecasting to ensure financial accuracy and budget compliance. Coordinates with project teams to deliver comprehensive cost-control services and supports overall project financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, control, and report project costs, forecasts, and variances.
Maintain and update planned vs. actual cost schedules and budget allocations.
Prepare budget transfer requests and ensure accurate cost coding.
Analyse cost data, identify deviations, and report overruns to management.
Support preparation of Weekly and Monthly Job Cost Reports.
Review and verify client invoices, monitor over / under invoicing, and ensure timely submissions.
Implement departmental cost-control procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with site teams to verify progress and update ERP systems accordingly.
Support HSE and quality initiatives, ensuring safe and compliant operations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in civil or engineering (MMUP / UPDA registration preferred).
Minimum 8 years’ total experience, including 5 years in a relevant cost control role (GCC experience preferred).
Proficiency in cost control software (e.g., CCS Candy), MS Project, and Primavera.
Strong ERP knowledge, preferably SAP.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
