Job Overview

Chef – Filipino Cuisine

Plaza Dine Restaurant, a fine dining establishment in Doha City, seeks an experienced chef specializing in Filipino cuisine for immediate posting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and operate a busy restaurant kitchen.
Supervise inventory, food costing, and menu development.
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of Filipino dishes.
Maintain kitchen sanitation and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree or Diploma in Culinary Science or Hotel Management, OR significant experience in reputed restaurants / hotels.

Strong familiarity with Filipino cuisine and techniques.

Proven ability to manage a busy kitchen, including inventory, costing, and menu creation.

Valid QID and NOC, or willingness to obtain.
