Overview
As a Sous Chef at our high-end restaurant in Lusail, you will assist the Head Chef in creating and executing menu items that meet our standards of excellence. You will oversee the kitchen team and ensure all food is prepared and presented according to specifications.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in menu development and execution to meet established standards.
- Oversee kitchen staff and ensure food is prepared and presented per specifications.
- Maintain quality, portion control, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a sous chef in a fine dining establishment.Strong knowledge of Nepali cuisine.Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.Ability to lead and motivate a team.Salary is $900 per month. Nepali nationality preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
