HR Rewards & Employee Experience Specialist Multi-Property HR Manager (Delta City Center Doha and Al Samriya Doha Autograph Collection) Job Responsibilities
Handle all activities related to immigration, labor, and other government departments.
Manage all company registration, licensing, and renewal procedures.
Coordinate with ministries and authorities to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
Keep management informed of any regulatory changes affecting the company’s operations.
Recruitment and Onboarding :
Manage recruitment process, ensuring fair and transparent hiring practices.
Prepare and issue employment offers, contracts, and coordinate pre-employment formalities.
Organize employee orientation and onboarding programs to integrate new staff effectively into the company culture.
Employee Relations and Welfare :
Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and confidentially.
Promote a positive and respectful workplace environment that supports cooperation, motivation, and engagement.
Oversee employee grievance procedures, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policy and labor law.
Support initiatives for employee well-being, including health, safety, and welfare programs.
Performance Management :
Coordinate and monitor the performance appraisal system, ensuring evaluations are fair and aligned with company goals.
Provide support to managers in setting objectives, giving feedback, and identifying performance gaps.
Implement training and development programs based on performance reviews and skill assessments.
Compensation and Benefits :
Administer payroll, allowances, and benefits in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure compliance with local laws on wages, overtime, end-of-service benefits (EOSB), and other statutory requirements.
Regularly review and benchmark salary structures and benefits to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness.
Compliance and Legal Responsibilities :
Ensure all HR practices comply with labor laws, immigration regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, personal data, attendance, and leave records.
Prepare report for labor inspections, audits, and management reviews.
Health & Safety, and Employee Support :
Collaborate with the HSE department to promote safe work practices and awareness campaigns.
Support employees in medical insurance claims, accident reporting, or bereavement support.
Facilitate access to counseling or support services in cases of personal or family distress.
Communication and Engagement :
Maintain clear and consistent communication between management and employees.
Organize staff meetings, recognition programs, and employee engagement activities.
Encourage open dialogue, feedback, and ideas for workplace improvement.
Periodically review and update HR policies, procedures, and job descriptions.
Recommend improvements in organizational structure, training, and employee development.
Lead HR initiatives supporting the company’s strategic goals and corporate culture.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum of three years of progressive HR experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong understanding of Qatar Labor Law, immigration rules, and government processes.
Proven ability to manage recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and performance management systems.
Excellent communication (bilingual – English and Arabic), leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Valid Qatar driving license.
