Job Description

Responsibilities

Carry out fabrication, fitting, and assembly of structural steel, piping, and supports.

Perform gas cutting, grinding, and shaping of materials as per drawings and work instructions.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, isometrics, and fabrication sketches.

Ensure proper edge preparation and fit-up for welding activities.

Follow safe working practices in handling gas cutting equipment (oxy-acetylene / oxy-LPG).

Qualifications & Experience

High school diploma / ITI / Technical certification in Fabrication or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of fabrication experience in oil & gas, construction, or shipyard environment.

Proven experience in gas cutting (oxy-fuel cutting) and basic welding support.

Requirements

Lifting supervisor requirements : 1. Lifting Supervisor TUV QP Certification 2. Medical Fitness to Work ( Qatar Energy approved) 3.
