Location : Doha, Qatar (Head Office & Customer Office)
Employment Type : Contract Staffing (1 Year)
Working Hours : 10 hours / day, 5 days a week
Salary : QAR 8,800 / month
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Software Support Engineer to join our team. The role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support for software systems to ensure seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level and second-level support for
software applications.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software performance, configuration, and integration.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education : Graduate degree (IT, Computer Science,or
related field).
Experience : 23 years of experience in software
support
or a related technical role.
Languages : Fluency in Arabic and French is
mandatory
Nationality : Open to all.
Age Bracket : Open.

Strong operational knowledge / experience in
application management
Operational knowledge / experience of at least one
mainstream distributed system (e.g. Kafka, Hadoop,
Cassandra, etc.) and Java applications (jstack, jmap, etc.)
Experience with Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS,
Google) preferred
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Able to troubleshoot technical issues in a structured
approach, problem solver, analytical proficiency Cyber security knowledge and experience
Attention to details, fast learner and excellent
Self-managed and team oriented
Key Skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
