Junior personal Assistance

We are looking for a Junior personal Assistance to provide support to Executive Assistant. The role will involve coordinating meetings, diary management, administrative support, booking travel and accommodation, as well as the potential for project support and assisting with social media and communications.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting visitors, handling calls and correspondence, preparing and processing documents, arranging schedules and appointments, organizing files, maintaining records, and running errands.
• Coordinating and booking meetings, keeping other staff members informed of changes to plans.
• Maintaining an up-to-date set of contacts for the Executive Assistant.
• Researching and booking travel and accommodation.
• Keeping track of actions and preparing agendas for meetings.
• Providing support in managing personal tasks on an ad hoc basis.
• Providing administrative support to other senior members of staff, including diary management
