Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with ERP systems and other operational management software is a plus.
