Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers professionally, identifying needs and providing tailored beauty solutions. Conduct product demonstrations, Haircare / skincare applications, and educate customers on usage. Drive sales performance and achieve set targets. Maintain strong product knowledge and represent the brand image consistently. Support merchandising and ensure displays align with brand guidelines. Monitor stock levels, assist with replenishment, and maintain counter / tester hygiene. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through follow-up and CRM tools. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with professionalism, escalating when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in retail, beauty, or customer service (preferred). Strong passion for beauty, cosmetics, and skincare. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Target-driven, sales-oriented mindset. Well-groomed and professional appearance. Flexible availability (shifts, weekends, holidays).
Performance Indicators
Achievement of individual sales targets. Customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics. Quality of product knowledge and demonstration skills. Compliance with store operational and brand standards.
