Resource Allocation : Planning and optimizing resource requirements for projects. Progress Tracking : Monitoring project progress against the baseline schedule and identifying deviations. QE Compliance : Ensuring all planning and reporting activities adhere to Qatar Energy's specific procedures and requirements. Reporting : Preparing various project reports, including baseline programs and look-ahead schedules. Coordination : Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement and construction, to ensure effective project execution.
