Construction Supervisor - Offshore Brownfield

We are looking for a Construction Supervisor - Offshore Brownfield for one of our clients with the following details :

Start Date : OCT 2025

Contract Duration : 36 Months

Location : Doha Qatar Offshore

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Bachelors Degree in Sciences or Engineering.
• Required to have offshore survival certificate and be able to pass an offshore medical evaluation. OPITO certification is considered a plus.
• Ability to work on or be based on offshore platform or vessel.
• Minimum of 8 years experience with Large Projects in Construction related disciplines (e.g., construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, hook-up, etc.) in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service / vendor personnel.
• Extensive experience with brownfield project execution both from Contractor and Client organizations as well as strong supervisory skills.
• Worldwide experience with contractors in particular those involved in the Offshore projects. It is an advantage if you have experience from Clients Completion philosophy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.
• Application and in-depth knowledge of stakeholder specifications and a working knowledge of Industry standards.
• A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English, Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications.
