Business Analyst & Integration Expert
to analyze, map, and optimize business processes into ERP and Microsoft solutions. The role involves designing workflows, automating processes, integrating SAP with Microsoft and third-party applications, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure efficient and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities Analyze and map business processes into ERP and Microsoft solutions Design workflows and automate processes using Power Automate Integrate SAP with Microsoft suite and third-party applications using APIs Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize solutions Support testing, implementation, and troubleshooting of integrated solutions Provide recommendations for process improvements and system efficiency
Skills Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams Experience with workflow design, process automation, and ERP integration Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in analyzing and mapping business processes into ERP and Microsoft solutions This position is based in Qatar Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference
