Support the delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care by driving performance monitoring, risk assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role contributes directly to the hospital’s accreditation readiness and quality excellence goals. Key Responsibilities
Monitor and support quality improvement initiatives and performance indicators Assist in developing and reviewing QA policies, procedures, and clinical documentation Collect and analyze data related to patient safety, incidents, and satisfaction surveys Conduct audits, support internal reviews, and contribute to risk assessments Prepare summary reports, facilitate quality-related meetings, and coordinate stakeholder communications Support compliance with international accreditation standards
