Key Responsibilities
Define end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion ERP and Simphony POS integration.
Design scalable solutions for F&B operations, including menu management, pricing, inventory, and POS workflows.
Ensure seamless integration of Simphony with Fusion ERP and other enterprise systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Lead large-scale transformation programs for hospitality and retail clients.
Drive requirement gathering, CRP, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.
Develop technical components : HDL / HSDL loaders, BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, and custom integrations.
Align F&B processes with global best practices for inventory, procurement, and financials.
Identify gaps in standard functionality and define customizations.
Collaborate with business teams to ensure alignment with operational goals.
Provide guidance to functional and technical teams during execution.
Mandatory Skills
Expertise in Oracle Simphony POS and F&B domain processes.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP modules : Procurement, Inventory, Finance.
Hands-on experience with OIC, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher.
Proven ability to design real-time integrations between POS and ERP systems.
Preferred Skills
Experience in global rollouts for hospitality or retail sectors.
Knowledge of Oracle Hospitality Cloud, Redwood UI, and Design Studio.
Certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud and Simphony.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor consultants.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
