We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Retail Solution Architect to lead a large-scale transformation initiative for a leading enterprise. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across Oracle Retail applications and strong solution design experience.

Responsibilities

Design and define end-to-end architecture for Oracle Retail modules (RMS, RPM, ReIM, ReSA, SIM, WMS).

Lead full lifecycle implementations — from requirements to go-live.

Ensure seamless integrations with ERP, POS, and third-party systems via OIC / middleware.

Develop and optimize batch jobs, PL / SQL scripts, and integration adapters.

Partner with business teams to align retail processes with organizational strategy.

Conduct performance reviews and recommend system enhancements.

Qualifications

Expertise in Oracle Retail suite : RMS, RPM, ReIM, ReSA, SIM, WMS.

Strong integration design experience with OIC and real-time data flows.

Hands-on with SQL / PLSQL, batch management, and troubleshooting.

Deep understanding of retail merchandising, pricing, and supply chain processes.

Experience in multi-country / global retail rollouts.

Familiarity with Oracle Retail Cloud, Simphony, and Fusion ERP integration.

Oracle Retail / OCI certifications.
