We are seeking an experienced

Technology Project Manager

to lead the

revamp, enhancement, and continuous development of a large-scale digital platform

that serves diverse user needs. This role is ideal for a candidate who can combine

technical expertise with strong project management skills

to deliver innovative solutions that elevate user experience and support business growth. About the Role

As the Technology PM, you will oversee the

end-to-end lifecycle of multiple digital initiatives . These projects cover a range of

consumer services and community-driven features , requiring you to balance platform stability with forward-looking innovation. You will focus on

modernizing existing functions, optimizing usability, and driving enhancements that improve engagement and performance . Collaboration is key : you will work closely with product owners, designers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage technology projects across various product areas, from planning to launch. Translate business objectives into clear technical requirements and delivery roadmaps. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery. Apply Agile / Scrum practices to streamline development and enhance team efficiency. Oversee testing, rollouts, and platform stability during new releases. Monitor performance metrics and user feedback to guide continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum of 7 years’ experience in

technical project management

or

digital product leadership . Strong knowledge of

web and mobile technologies

(front-end, back-end, APIs, cloud solutions). Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms. Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Experience with large-scale consumer platforms or online marketplaces is a plus.
