Part-Time IT Manager for Malayalees in Umm-Salal, Qatar

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a company that caters to the Malayalee community in Umm-Salal, we require someone who is familiar with their culture and language.

Responsibilities : - Oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT systems - Develop and implement IT strategies to improve efficiency and productivity - Manage and maintain hardware, software, and network systems - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Train and support staff on new technologies and systems - Monitor system security to ensure the protection of sensitive data - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements : - Fluent in Malayalam (spoken and written) - Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management roles - Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems - Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively - Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support non-tech savvy individuals - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Available for part-time work without accommodation
