Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field. Master’s in Management / Technology is a plus. Experience :
8–12 years in financial services / banking with experience in IT business partnership, project management, and digital transformation. Technical Skills Software development methodologies Business and IT strategy alignment Infrastructure and network design Agile frameworks and service management Business analysis and project management FinTech products and digital trends Risk, compliance, and disaster recovery Certifications (Preferred) ITIL, PMP, or Prince2 or equivalent
