CH2M HILL Document Control Specialist - Doha, Qatar

Job Purpose :

Program Description : Qatar will be hosting the 2022 FIFA World Cup™ Football and become the first Middle East nation in history to stage this event. The associated construction programme will be part of a major country regeneration programme including the development of required infrastructure and non competitive venues. CH2M Hill is the programme management contractor (PMC) responsible for the management of competition precincts, training venues, associated common domain precincts, Operations, Post Games Works and the coordination of the regeneration programme integration works, acting on behalf of the client Qatar 2022 Supreme Committee.

Responsibilities

• Manage electronic document management system as well as hard copy records in accordance with the company’s EDMS system.
• Ensure all documentation is controlled in accordance with the company’s procedures for document control.
• Process, control and administer incoming and outgoing documents (correspondences, submittals, transmittals, specifications, drawings, etc.).
