Mechanical Engineer

Experience

Minimum 15 years of experience in operations within the engineering or facilities management field

Language

Must be fluent in Arabic

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and SOPs
  • Oversee team performance and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards
  • Coordinate with senior management to align operational goals with business objectives
  • Monitor resource allocation, budget control and client satisfaction
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments
