Drive Torba Market’s transformation into a Food Tech hub with scalable, tech‑driven operations.
Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
Support new product launches, market expansion and partnership development.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for sustainable growth.
Manage procurement, production planning and materials management for efficient output.
Ensure adherence to high product quality, safety and packaging standards.
Conduct cost‑benefit and performance analyses to improve production efficiency.
Ensure superior customer satisfaction through reliable service delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors and strategic partners.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory labor and health & safety standards.
Uphold the company’s commitment to food safety and quality assurance.
Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related field.
Experience Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in operations, preferably in F&B, Cloud Kitchens or E‑Commerce.
Proven success in leading multi‑functional teams and driving large‑scale operational projects.
Expertise in supply chain management, ERP implementation and e‑commerce operations.
Strong financial acumen and strategic planning capabilities.
Proficient in performance tracking and data‑driven decision‑making.
