Overview The Enterprise Finance Manager in the Middle East Cluster will partner closely with the Enterprise Commercial and Public Sector Business Leads to be the Finance front-end specialist for the structure and economics of large deals. The Middle East Cluster Finance Team covers Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia within the region. The successful candidate has deep insights into all large deals and is able to flag risks and opportunities in a timely manner. For all large deals, the Enterprise Finance Manager ensures high-quality submissions for Win Room and deal-based investment requests. In addition, the Enterprise Finance Manager will be driving transformative initiatives within the cluster countries, i.e. Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
Partnership : Be the Finance front-end specialist for deal insights and deal construct.
Partner with Licensing / BD to optimize deal structuring and closing. Lead end-to-end assessment of deal / customer profitability including discount, ECIF, CTE, Financing, COGS, and compliance aspects.
Build strong, trusted relationships with key business stakeholders (Commercial Leads, Sales Excellence) to ensure segments deliver on their finance and business accountabilities.
Industry analytics, Customer Potential and Propensity analysis presented to key stakeholders to assess market opportunities and threats.
Leverage the Solution Area Finance Managers, HQ Finance Team and communities to drive conversations around Consumption and Customer Additions.
Partner with ROCs on deal-related financing, FX, credit and collections topics.
Actively engage with BDMs for key / strategic accounts : Sponsorship and TCO Conversations.
Finance & Business Excellence
At the subsidiary level, ensure DWR and deal-based investment requests with high-quality submissions.
Oversight EA Renewals to assure desired / targeted renewal rate.
Controls & Compliance
Drive compliance in the Segment with focus on Sales Deal Execution and Proactive Risk Management.

Controls & Compliance dashboard and audit performance for Enterprise Commercial / Public Sector Deal review
Quality of BDM engagements and resulting revenue
Team-delivered actionable insights to drive topline revenue, consumption and maximize ROI
Business Partner feedback
Qualifications
BA / BS or MBA degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field; CPA / CA preferred
AND 10+ years of experience in finance / finance leadership positions
Experience in multinationals with multi-product / multi-segment finance roles is recommended
Fluent in English
Strong analytical skills and business acumen, advanced communication, negotiation and influencing skills, demonstrated influence for impact with senior business leaders
Proven collaboration and strong teamwork capability, including hybrid and virtual environment
Industry experience is preferred
