System Technician - Arabic Speaker

Were looking for an experienced System Technician to provide comprehensive system support ensure proactive issue resolution and maintain the highest standards across infrastructure hardware and network systems.

Your Mission

• Deliver L1 & L2 level administration support to ensure seamless IT operations.
• Troubleshoot networks manage private cloud infrastructure and perform centralized system backups.
• Assist in the setup installation and maintenance of servers and network components across main and remote sites.
• Support the system engineer in maintaining office systems hardware and equipment.
• Respond to Helpdesk tickets and carry out preventive maintenance checks.
• Monitor server and application logs report issues and ensure systems run smoothly.
• Assist in restoring system services and minimizing downtime.
• Provide technical assistance to ensure smooth daily operations and an uninterrupted workflow.
• Conduct regular equipment tests to detect and recommend replacements as needed.
