Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Spa Manager. Located in Doha, Qatar, the Assistant Spa Manager will oversee daily spa operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and manage spa staff.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain quality standards for treatments and services
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications

  • Experience in Spa Management
  • Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills
  • Proficiency in budgeting
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
