Asset Management Executive

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update the company’s asset register and ensure all assets are properly tagged and documented.
• Conduct regular asset audits (physical verification and reconciliation) in coordination with relevant departments.
• Monitor the lifecycle of assets , including acquisition, transfer, maintenance, depreciation, and disposal.
• Coordinate with the procurement and finance teams to ensure accurate asset capitalization and depreciation records.
• Prepare asset reports for management and auditors as required.
• Support in budgeting and forecasting related to asset replacement and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company asset policies , Qatar Labour Law , and local regulatory requirements .
• Liaise with external vendors, maintenance teams, and auditors for asset-related matters.
• Identify and recommend process improvements for efficient asset management and cost control.
• Assist in implementing and managing asset management software systems .
