Assistant Recreation Manager - Waldorf Astoria Lusail Doha

An Assistant Recreation Manager is responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience while they enjoy the Hotel’s recreational facilities, including the pool, beach, and fitness areas. The role involves monitoring guest needs and safety, which are paramount to this position. What will I be doing? As an Assistant Recreation Manager, your responsibilities will include : Assisting guests with their needs related to the pool and beach areas Responding promptly to guest requests, comments, and concerns Maintaining cleanliness of the pool and beach areas Confirming guest registration before issuing resort property Ensuring recreation team policies are followed Monitoring product inventory to minimize loss of resort property Supervising guests and children using the recreation facilities, such as water slides Ensuring health and safety standards are met in recreation areas Following all safety procedures and precautions What are we looking for? The ideal candidate for this role should embody the Hilton brand values, focusing on guest service and teamwork.
