We are looking for a Principal Fusion FIN Techno‑Functional Consultant who will provide consultancy, work with customers, translate ideas and concepts into implementable, supportable designs, and have experience in providing technical solutions aligned with Oracle standards. This role involves maintaining and supporting customers' eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SA, implementing and running PaaS solutions such as Oracle Integration Cloud / SOA, integrating with Oracle SaaS products, developing, integrating and implementing application components including front‑end development, internal database integration and OTBI Reports, and playing a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and administration of Oracle Cloud applications.
What You Will Do
- Handle a range of projects including Oracle FIN Cloud, Payroll and Cloud ERP as a Technical specialist, building integrations, troubleshooting existing technical solutions, and offering advisory and pre‑sales expertise.
- Lead requirement gathering, CRP workshops, design, configuration, fast formula writing, testing, parallel payroll run strategy and execution.
- Bring 10+ years of experience delivering Oracle solutions and / or transformation programs, ideally using cloud technologies.
- Speak and write Arabic and English.
- Deliver services remotely or on‑site depending on business requirements.
- Act as a specialist, developer or similar with cloud solution design, development and delivery.
- Design and develop Oracle cloud solutions.
- Exhibit strong analytical, problem‑solving, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and non‑technical staff.
- Hold an undergraduate or higher degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Maintain a positive, resilient and creative attitude with an open and agile mindset.
- Propose innovative solutions and mature them for delivery.
- Break down complex problems to assess suitability and recommend solutions.

10+ years of implementation experience of financial solutions.At least 6 years in implementing Financial SaaS applications.Experience with Fusion GL, Fusion AR, Fusion Payables, Fusion CM, Fusion FA, Fusion Expenses, Lease Management and Revenue Management.Excellent experience in Fusion Project Management, Costing and Billing.Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL / SQL, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), XML Publisher, ORDS, Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).Experience with OTBI dashboards, data loaders, extracts, fast formula, error handling, SOAP services, BPM, personalization, sandboxes, page composer.Understanding of the Fusion quarterly update process and best practices for new feature adoption, testing and change management.Strong knowledge of roles and security.Follow Oracle implementation best practices : requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, documentation and post‑production support.Qualifications
