Business Development and Sales Area Description / Role Summary

Serve as the subject matter expert to analyze, design, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales / Customer Service / Field Service) to meet the specific business requirements of the Real Estate company. Key Responsibilities

Conduct requirement gathering workshops, perform gap analysis, and translate business needs into functional specifications. Configure Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Lead / Opportunity Management for property sales, Customer Service for tenant relations). Develop training materials and conduct end-user training. Work closely with the Technical team during customization and deployment. Qualifications

Real Estate / Property Management industry experience. Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) configuration. Business Process Mapping. Strong communication / stakeholder management. Relevant Dynamics 365 certification.
