Call Centre Specialist - 1 year contract

Job descriptionProvide customer support in both Arabic and English via phone, email, and chat. Assist clients with insurance policy inquiries, coverage details, premium payments, renewals, and claims. Explain insurance products and services clearly and accurately to Arabic-speaking customers. Handle policy updates, cancellations, and documentation requests efficiently. Support customers through the claims filing process and follow up on claim status. Record all customer interactions and updates in CRM systems with accuracy. Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and confidentiality protocols. Collaborate with internal departments (claims, underwriting, sales) to resolve customer issues. Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell insurance products when appropriate. Deliver professional and empathetic service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Employment type- outsource for 1 year (extension depending upon the project scope)
Must be open to working Rotatiotal shifts
