We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the brandflagship luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-end hotels and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Main requirements

- Experience in the different areas of the world, such as GCC, Europe / US and Asia
- Solid experience in top luxury hotels & resorts groups
- Please apply only if you worked for top luxury hotel brands (not premium brands)
- Experience in city hotels in tier cities / capitals
- Already a successful experience as GM of an important hotel in terms of size and level of range : luxury hotel
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee all aspects of hotel operations with the Hotel Manager, and all strategic and financial missions with the ExCom of the hotelDevelop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and profitabilityEnsure the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitalityMonitor and analyze financial performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve budgeted goalsLead and motivate a team of ExCom members, department heads and ensure effective communication and collaboration among all departmentsDevelop and maintain relationships with the owning company and the managing companyEnsure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations of the state of QatarStay updated on industry trends and competition, and make recommendations for improvement and growthFoster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and excellenceReport to the owning company as well as the managing companyRequirements :
Degree in Hospitality Management or business - Master or MBA degreeMinimum of 10 years of experience in luxury hotel management, with at least a first role as General ManagerProven track record of success in managing high-end properties and achieving financial targetsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong business acumen and ability to make strategic decisionsExceptional guest service skills and a passion for delivering a luxury experienceAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as neededFluency in English, both written and verbalKnowledge of the GCC / Middle East market is an asset#J-18808-Ljbffr
