Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership to a diverse team of hospitality professionals fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize revenue, profitability and market share
- Oversee all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage and maintenance
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality standards throughout the property
- Manage budgets, financial reports and cost control measures with precision and foresight
- Handle guest feedback proactively resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards and company policies
- Adapt hotel operations to align with local cultural norms and business practices in Qatar
- Lead crisis management efforts and navigate high‑pressure situations effectively
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or similar senior hospitality rolesProven track record in financial management, revenue optimization and strategic planningStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop a diverse teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships at all levelsProficiency in hotel management software and systemsAdvanced problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities particularly in high‑pressure situationsExperience in luxury or upscale hotels preferredIn‑depth knowledge of Qatar’s hospitality industry, local regulations and cultural sensitivitiesDemonstrated ability to adapt to and thrive in diverse cultural environmentsFluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a significant advantageProfessional certifications such as Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) are highly desirableExpertise in crisis management and handling complex operational challengesThorough understanding of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industryInnovative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiencesStrong analytical skills for interpreting market data and financial reportsAbility to work flexible hours and adapt to the demands of a 24 / 7 operationAdditional Information
