Job Purpose
Join our IT team as a Senior Business Analyst where you will be instrumental in the design, development, and support of our core enterprise applications. You will act as the key link between our business units (including bus and taxi operations) and IT, ensuring our technology solutions drive efficiency and support our strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering : Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specs, and process flows.
- Application & Systems Management : Manage the lifecycle of enterprise applications—mainly built on SAP ERP, Microsoft Technologies, and Azure services—from design and development to deployment and ongoing support.
- Solution Design & Documentation : Develop comprehensive documentation including System Requirements Specifications (SRS), Business Requirements Documents (BRD), and system architecture diagrams.
- Testing & Quality Assurance : Define test cases, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure solutions are production-ready.
- Stakeholder & Project Management : Coordinate with vendors, internal IT teams, and business departments to ensure timely project delivery and effective communication.
- Training & Support : Conduct end-user training and create support materials to ensure smooth technology adoption.
Essential Qualifications
We are looking for (Qualifications & Skills) :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.A minimum of 7 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years specializing in Enterprise IT Business Analysis.Technical Skills & Experience
Proven experience with enterprise applications like SAP ERP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., MS Visio, IBM Blueworks, Jira).Familiarity with databases (SQL, Oracle DB) and basic query / reporting skills.Experience with integration frameworks, APIs, and middleware.Strong skills in Microsoft Power BI and the MS Office Suite.Core Competencies
