Job descriptionProvide advanced technical support for escalated desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues. Perform diagnostics and root cause analysis for persistent or high-impact incidents. Ensure consistent configuration and security compliance for end-user systems. Coordinate with IT infrastructure teams on major hardware deployments. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and asset updates. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or equivalent preferred. Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in IT field support, hardware, and software troubleshooting. Experience supporting complex technical environments and multi-platform end-user devices.
