Qcon is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors skilled in SPIR Scope Price Impact Risk management for Oil Gas projects Candidates will be responsible for cost control contract administration and commercial management in line with SPIR guidelines Key Responsibilities Prepare and review Scope of Work and evaluate pricing for project activities Analyze and manage project impacts and associated risks Monitor and control project costs ensuring alignment with budgets Prepare and assess variation claims change orders and cost reports Conduct contract administration and ensure compliance with commercial terms Liaise with clients subcontractors and project teams for commercial coordination Support tendering budgeting and forecasting activities Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or related discipline Proven experience in Quantity Surveying within the Oil Gas sector particularly with SPIR processes Strong knowledge of contract management and commercial risk assessment Proficient in quantity takeoff cost estimation and commercial software Excellent analytical negotiation and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
