Sales & Trainer - Nails, Lashes

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, constant client visits, networking, and social media. Set up meetings with potential clients to convert them to new clients. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Provide weekly reports of your market visits per client to review sales performance with your direct manager, boost sales, acquire new clients, and upgrade existing client product purchases. Collaborate with direct manager to achieve better results and receive guidance on key sales activities. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with your direct manager. Maintain current sales records and achieve monthly targets. Negotiate agreements / offers with your direct manager to design solutions for clients. Work during off days or extend working hours if needed to meet sales and collection requirements. Have experience in eye lashes extensions, nails extensions, and Mani-Pedi treatments to conduct demos for potential clients and convert to sales. Conduct after-sales training sessions for clients to ensure knowledge needed for brands and to maintain repeat orders (Brands : Nouveau Lashes, Elim MediHeel, Coral Bliss, NSI & Ella Mila). Minimum of 2 years of experience in Training and Sales. Education : Technical certification or bachelor\'s degree. Moderate computer applications knowledge. Must have own car suitable for sales visits (fuel provided). Seniority level
