Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy
• Develop and implement a long-term academic research strategy aligned with institutional goals
• Oversee research planning, execution, and evaluation to ensure excellence and relevance.
• Research Management
• Supervise and mentor research teams, ensuring rigorous methodology and impactful outcomes.
• Secure research funding and manage research budgets effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate ongoing projects for academic integrity and measurable impact.
• Collaboration & Partnerships
• Build strong partnerships within Education City Research Institutions, and global research institutions.
• Represent academic research in local and international research forums, conferences, and networks.
• Knowledge Dissemination
• Promote publication of research findings in high-impact journals.
• Ensure research outcomes are translated into actionable insights for education, innovation, and policy.
