who’s ready to turn that mission into a movement — driving massive adoption, experimenting with channels, and positioning our product as the

What You’ll Do

Lead Generation & Campaigns

Build, segment, and activate targeted lead lists.

Run high-converting outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and paid channels.

Funnels & Landing Pages

Design and test data-driven funnels and landing pages.

Experiment with messaging, CTAs, and user flows to optimize conversion.

Acquisition Growth

Scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.

Grow community visibility and thought leadership on LinkedIn and STR communities.

Experiment with SEO, webinars, and content-led acquisition.

Conversion & Onboarding

Optimize demo, trial, and referral funnels to drive activation and retention.

Collaborate with product and ops to refine onboarding experiences.

Analytics & Iteration

Track core growth metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates).

Launch experiments weekly — scale what works, kill what doesn’t.

What You Bring

1–5 years in growth, performance marketing, or SaaS marketing.

Proven experience running paid campaigns, cold outreach, and automation workflows.

A growth portfolio or track record of driving measurable results.

Mastery of tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or Lemlist (or equivalents).

Data-driven mindset — but comfortable making fast, creative decisions.

Bonus : experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or hospitality tech.
