We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Proposal Engineer to join our Electrification & Automation team in Qatar. This role focuses on project proposals for Low Voltage (LV) Systems and Protection & Automation Systems, supporting the full sales lifecycle and driving strategic growth initiatives.

Your Role – International, Challenging, and Future-Oriented

As a Proposal Engineer, you will be responsible for the preparation, evaluation, and submission of technically and commercially compliant offers. Your key responsibilities include :

• Reviewing customer specifications and ensuring technical compliance in coordination with stakeholders (Sales, Engineering, Customer).
• Preparing configurations using SIMARIS Configurator, NX-Tools+, and OGT (experience preferred).
• Managing end-to-end proposal and contract processes, including evaluating the impact of changes in requirements, costs, and delivery schedules.
• Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies to address project-specific risks.
• Ensuring adherence to defined business processes and quality standards.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Siemens factories.
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Business Administration, and Project Execution teams to enhance proposal quality and win rate.
• Supporting and driving sales strategies and business development initiatives across the region.
