We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Educational Counselor to join our team. The role involves handling student inquiries, following up with leads, scheduling meetings, and converting them into admissions by suggesting the best-suited universities and programs based on the student's career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins
• Follow up with leads consistently and schedule meetings for counseling
• Suggest suitable universities and courses based on students' profiles and career plans
• Explain program details, admission requirements, and fee structures
• Assist students throughout the application and admission process
• Achieve monthly admission targets
• Maintain and update student lead records
• Participate in seminars, education fairs, and promotional events when required
