Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage setup, installation, configuration, and customization of technical solutions for clients.
• Work independently and collaborate with senior consultants on requirements gathering, application configuration, testing, and training.
• Coordinate with clients for access, data transfer, process documentation, and training.
• Test and troubleshoot installed systems, document issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Provide feedback for product and process improvements.
• Support clients on-site or remotely, and assist in training less experienced peers.
• Maintain adherence to service level objectives and support contracts.
• Interface with end users and partners for requirements, support, and feedback.
• Act as technical lead on projects, providing guidance.
• Identify additional product or service opportunities.
• Visit customer sites as needed, including locations outside Qatar.
