Head of Data Architecture & Strategy

This strategic leadership role is central to shaping the Bank’s data-driven future — building a resilient, secure, and intelligent data ecosystem that powers innovation and decision‑making across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Bank’s Data Vision : Define and deliver an enterprise‑wide data strategy in partnership with the CDIO, aligning data capabilities with business growth objectives.
• Architect Scalable Solutions : Design and implement robust, high‑performance data architectures and technology platforms that enable advanced analytics and automation.
• Governance & Compliance : Establish and uphold strong data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with QCB and other regulatory standards.
• Integration & Transformation : Oversee data integration, migration and modernization initiatives that enhance efficiency and accuracy across the enterprise.
• Security & Reliability : Build secure, compliant and scalable data infrastructure that supports evolving business and regulatory demands.
• Collaboration & Innovation : Work closely with IT and digital transformation teams to embed data‑driven insights at the core of strategic decisions.
• Team Leadership : Inspire and lead a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, architects and analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Future‑Ready Data Practices : Champion the adoption of emerging technologies and tools in data and analytics to maintain a competitive edge.
