Duration : ASAP start, estimated end 31-December-2026, with potential extension

Work Schedule : 5 days per week, residential

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned S / 4HANA Program Specialist to support the implementation of a multi-year digital business transformation project. The successful candidate will provide functional expertise in business processes and data management, ensuring smooth adoption of S / 4HANA across the organisation. You will collaborate with functional and technical teams, support process standardisation, data migration, testing, and end‑user enablement, and drive continuous improvement post go‑live.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the business process and data focal point for your domain, ensuring alignment with S / 4HANA project objectives.
• Gather and validate business requirements for S / 4HANA, facilitating workshops and meetings to define "to-be" processes.
• Propose and design solutions in collaboration with functional and technical SMEs, leveraging S / 4HANA capabilities and industry best practices.
• Review and approve project deliverables, including business process documentation, training materials, and testing plans.
• Lead or support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system functionalities meet business requirements.
• Participate in data migration activities, providing requirements for extraction, cleansing, validation, and standardisation.
• Identify process interfaces with other entities, coordinate alignment, and ensure integration across impacted domains.
• Drive change management initiatives to enable smooth adoption of new processes and S / 4HANA system functionality.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues, support proof‑of‑concept activities, and implement optimisations post go‑live.
• Provide guidance and influence stakeholders to adopt standardised and optimised business processes within S / 4HANA.
