Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned S / 4HANA Program Specialist to support the implementation of a multi-year digital business transformation project. The successful candidate will provide functional expertise in business processes and data management, ensuring smooth adoption of S / 4HANA across the organisation. You will collaborate with functional and technical teams, support process standardisation, data migration, testing, and end‑user enablement, and drive continuous improvement post go‑live.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the business process and data focal point for your domain, ensuring alignment with S / 4HANA project objectives.

Gather and validate business requirements for S / 4HANA, facilitating workshops and meetings to define "to-be" processes.

Propose and design solutions in collaboration with functional and technical SMEs, leveraging S / 4HANA capabilities and industry best practices.

Review and approve project deliverables, including business process documentation, training materials, and testing plans.

Lead or support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system functionalities meet business requirements.

Participate in data migration activities, providing requirements for extraction, cleansing, validation, and standardisation.

Identify process interfaces with other entities, coordinate alignment, and ensure integration across impacted domains.

Drive change management initiatives to enable smooth adoption of new processes and S / 4HANA system functionality.

Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues, support proof‑of‑concept activities, and implement optimisations post go‑live.

Provide guidance and influence stakeholders to adopt standardised and optimised business processes within S / 4HANA.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 10 years' hands‑on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, including core processes and functional modules.

Experience with S / 4HANA implementation projects and understanding of ERP / Agile methodologies.

Strong knowledge of business process integration, data analytics, and functional design in ERP systems.

Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation and with diverse project teams.

Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills, with a proactive and self‑driven work ethic.

Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Oil and gas industry experience is preferred.
