Job purpose

As the Director of Banqueting, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our banqueting and events operations. You will lead a passionate team to ensure every event is flawlessly executed, delivering elevated guest experiences that reflect our brand’s prestige. This role requires strong leadership, operational acumen, and a passion for hospitality at the highest level. Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of all banqueting functions, ensuring luxury standards are met or exceeded. Collaborate closely with Sales, Culinary, and F&B teams to tailor each event to client expectations. Manage the banqueting team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. Drive operational efficiency and cost control while maintaining impeccable service quality. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Build strong relationships with VIP clients, event planners, and corporate partners. Innovate and elevate banquet offerings in line with market trends and guest feedback. Qualifications & competencies

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in luxury hotel banqueting or high-end event operations. Proven track record in managing large-scale events with impeccable attention to detail. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasts. High level of professionalism, discretion, and service excellence. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. What’s in it for you?
