Hotel Manager

Overview

Hotel Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This includes managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high levels of efficiency and profitability. This position is well-suited for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry. Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and administration Train and supervise hotel staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction Monitor financial performance of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control measures, and revenue management strategies Develop marketing plans to attract new guests and retain existing ones through promotions, partnerships, and other initiatives Handle guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure a positive experience for all guests Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to maximize revenue opportunities for the hotel Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus) Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Understanding of financial management principles with proven experience in budgeting and forecasting Knowledge of hotel operations including front desk procedures, housekeeping standards, food & beverage operations Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Contract Details

This is a full-time contract position with an initial term of 2 years. The contract may be renewed based on performance. The salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits
