ERP Analyst Salesforce Consultant

Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Consultant to join our team The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Service Cloud and a proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions for various business needs Salesforce Consultant will work closely with business to understand their requirements design solutions and ensure successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce within organizations Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand financial and controlling requirements Manage and configure Salesforce environment including user setup profiles roles customization of objects fields record types page layouts and validations Perform routine maintenance upgrades and overall system health checks Provide support and training to Salesforce users across various departments Create and manage reports dashboards and workflows to optimize business processes Handle data management tasks including data import export deduplication and cleansing Maintain security and access settings to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions Implement and manage integrations with thirdparty applications and systems Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of Salesforce processes and address any issues promptly Stay uptodate with Salesforce releases new features and best practices to ensure optimal use of the platform Experience with Salesforce integrations and thirdparty applications SAP Informatica PowerBI Experience with Salesforce CPQ Marketing Cloud or Pardot Knowledge of Apex Visualforce and Lightning components Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
