Hotel Maintenance Engineer

Job descriptionProven experience as a hotel maintenance engineer or similar role Extensive knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems commonly used in hotels Ability to read technical manuals and drawings Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Previous experience working in a luxury hotel setting Knowledge of local building codes and regulations Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)

Hotel Maintenance Engineer vacancy in Al-Rayyan Qatar. We are seeking a skilled Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a luxurious hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The Hotel Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all hotel facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and equipment to identify any issues or potential problems
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems
- Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance services
- Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs or installations
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities and expenses
- Monitor energy usage and implement energy-saving measures where possible
- Train and supervise junior maintenance staff
Requirements
Preferred qualifications
