Maintenance Engineer (Hotel Industry) Location : Al-Rayyan, Qatar Nationality : Pakistani / Malayalee preferred We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our hotel maintenance team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the hotel industry and possess strong technical knowledge of building systems and equipment. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all systems and equipment within the hotel, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of all hotel equipment and systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues with equipment or systems. Coordinate with external vendors for repairs or replacements as needed. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs. Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure smooth operation of all systems. Train and supervise maintenance staff as needed. Comply with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Maintenance Engineer in the hotel industry. Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Good communication skills in English (Malayalam or Urdu proficiency is a plus). Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
